Margaux is a registered nurse, a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, and has been working as an aesthetic specialist and hair transplant surgical assistant under her mother, Dr. Julieta Peralta Arambulo. For the past 5 years in the clinic, she was exposed to different skin problems and has witnessed the psychological impact of most patients, particularly on acne and aging skin. She received intensive training on acne management and skin rejuvenation. To understand the skin further, she would continuously update herself on skin regimen and skin products by attending aesthetic conferences and workshops held in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Margaux understands the importance of skincare. Her goal is to make everyone feel and look beautiful! Thus, gave her the motivation to form a core group of well-known certified cosmetic professionals composed of plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic nurses to make sure patients get the professional care they deserve.

Margaux wanted to focus on the medspa trend where everyone can meet their medical skin needs in a safe and soothing "spa-like" environment. Her main duty is to ensure and maintain quality control and care around the facility in order to give all patients meaningful experiences and optimum results that will last well into the future.
